Ohio Casualty Boosts Dividend

boosted its quarterly dividend to 9 cents from 6 cents.
The new rate represents a 50% increase and will be paid March 10 to shareholders of record March 1.
"We are pleased to be able to increase our quarterly dividend by 50%," the company said. "This action reflects our positive outlook due to our strong capital position and solid operating performance over the last several years."
Shares of Ohio Casualty fell 22 cents to $31.29 Friday.
