Current Trade Idea Updates
9/03/14: We are adding YY to our long-ideas list. It has a favorable long-term chart pattern with good short-term consolidation. Look for a long entry at $91 for a move toward $108. Use $83.50 as your stop.

9/4/14: Salix Pharmaceuticals (SLXP) broke its 8-day EMA and we are removing it from our long-ideas list for now. If it re-sets up, we will add it back.
9/1/14: I am adding Salix Pharmaceuticals to the long-ideas table. This stock has been on a tear since June and appears to be consolidating for another trade higher. Look to enter on a break of resistance which appears to be in the mid-$161 area.
9/1/14: I am going to add Alexion Pharmaceuticals to the long-ideas table. This stock has had a relatively erratic trading year so far with many pops and drops but it appears as though this one could be gaining ground for another breakout. We will watch this closely in the days to come as the potential upside on a breakout is to the mid-$180s.
9/04/14: We are removing SolarCity (SCTY) from our short-ideas list as it broke above our stop price of $70.80. We are booking a loss of 3.51%.
9/1/14: I am adding SolarCity to the short-ideas table. SCTY has not managed to rally with the market as of late and appears as though it broke below near-term support late last week. We will look for a trade back to the low $61s with stops set just below $71 for now.
8/27/14: We are adjusting our stop in LYB to $112.30 to reduce risk as the EMAs catch up.
8/20/14: We are adjusting our stop in LYB to $110.40 to reduce risk as the EMAs catch up.
8/13/14: We are going to add LyondellBasell to our long-ideas table. LYB has had a nice trend in place for some time and continues to look like it wants higher. After a small pullback and good healthy consolidation, we will look for another breakout through our prior 52-week highs for a potential move to $118.
