More than 20.2 million shares, or roughly 93% of Ramp stock, priced at $5.80 a share, have been tendered in the agreement, which was due to expire on January 19.
Nokia, Finland's mobile phone maker, plans to merge Blackbird and Ramp, a provider of shared Internet access solutions for the small office market. The merged companies will be integrated into subsidiary Nokia Internet Communications.
