Nissan plans to recall 2.14 million vehicles worldwide because of an ignition problem that could stall the engine.

plans to recall 2.14 million vehicles worldwide because of an engine problem.

Nissan said Thursday a problem with the ignition could stall the engine.

Nissan said no accidents have been reported.

Cars are being recalled in the U.S., Europe, Japan and Asia. The cars were built between 2003 to 2006.

The recall in the U.S. affects six models -- Titan, Armada, Frontier, Pathfinder, Infiniti QX56 and Xterra.
