Nardelli Loyalists Out at Home Depot

Two executive vice presidents resign.

Home Depot (HD) - Get Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Report said two of its six executive vice presidents, Frank Fernandez and Dennis Donovan, resigned.

The Atlanta-based home improvement retailer named Tim Crow executive vice president, human resources, and Jim Snyder interim head of the legal department.

Fernandez and Donovan were brought aboard in 2001 by then CEO Bob Nardelli, who left last month with a record of flat stock performance and an eye-popping severance package.

"We thank both Frank and Dennis for their commitment to the Company during their tenure here, and we are grateful for their service to The Home Depot. We wish them well in the future," said Frank Blake, Home Depot's chairman and CEO.
