announced that it has agreed to sell its Reno Hilton casino resort to Grand Sierra Resort Corp. for $150 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter and is subject to regulatory approvals. The stock was up 10 cents, or 0.49%, to $20.47 in after-hours trading.

announced that it has raised its quarterly dividend 4.6% to 68 cents for the period from April 1 to June 30. It is payable on July 29 to shareholder of record as of June 30. The stock was unchanged at $66.95.
