McDonald's Posts February Sales Gain
McDonald's sees growth in February, though U.S. sales remain weak.

reported a 4.8% jump in February same-store sales, even as sales in the U.S. remain weak.
Sales in the U.S. inched up just 0.6%, but the fast-food chain saw a 5.4% spike in Europe and 10.5% surge in the Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa region.
The Chinese New Year helped boost sales in Asia, according to the company.
