said Tuesday that its board raised its third-quarter cash dividend to 64 cents a share, payable Oct. 16 to shareholders of record Oct. 4.
The Cranford, N.J.-based real estate investment trust said that the increased dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $2.56 a share, an increase of 1.6%, from the previous annualized dividend of $2.52 a share.
The company said that its board also declared a cash dividend on its 8% Series C cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock, equal to 50 cents a depositary share for the period July 15 through Oct. 14. The dividend will be paid on Oct. 16 to shareholders of record Oct. 4.
