U.K. business, as its new CEO.
Horta-Osorio will replace Eric Daniels who is stepping down, Lloyds said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange Wednesday.
Horta-Osorio has been in his current post since 2006. He will join Lloyds in early 2011, the bank said.
