
KKR Hires Goldman India Exec

is expanding its business in India.
The firm announced today that it hired
Goldman Sachs'
(GS) - Get Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (The) Report
Heramb Hajarnavis as a director for KKR India Advisors in Mumbai. Hajarnavis, who will report to KKR India CEO Sanjay Nayar, had been managing director of principal investments Goldman in India.
KKR has been hiring in China, the Middle East and in Asia. "We have a global strategy to expand in the high growth areas of the world," said spokesperson Peter McKillop in a phone interview. "In all of these regions we are partnering with growing businesses and looking for these fast growing companies."
