Automotive interior supplier
announced Monday the appointment of Beda-Helmut Bolzenius as Johnson Controls' vice president and president of interior experience.
He will lead the company's global business serving the automotive interiors industry. Earlier, Bolzenius held the responsibility for the company's automotive interiors business in Europe.
Johannes Roters was appointed vice president and general manager for interior experience, Europe and will succeed Bolzenius. Earlier, Roters served as the company's vice president and general manager of operations, program management and best practices for Europe. Roters will report to Bolzenius. The appointments are effective immediately.
The shares of the company were trading at $72.90, down $2, or 2.7% Monday.
