With Micron Technology (MU) - Get Report scheduled to report its fourth-quarter earnings after the market closes Tuesday, it may pay to listen to what the chip maker says regarding its flash memory products.
Jim Cramer, co-manager of Action Alerts PLUS portfolio, said on CNBC's "Stop Trading" segment that Micron is the company to beat when it comes to flash.
"The company can be a dominant player in flash," Cramer said.
He added that he expects Micron to do well based on the performance of Intel (INTC) - Get Report and HP Inc. (HPQ) - Get Report . Micron is slated to report a net loss of 12 cents a share on $3.15 billion in revenue, according to Thomson Reuters.
At the time of publication, Cramer's Action Alerts PLUS had no position in companies mentioned.
