Inter Parfums (IPAR) - Get Report set plans for a 4.3 million-share secondary offering.

The New York-based perfumes company said selling stockholders include LV Capital USA, which will sell 3,436,050 shares, and Inter Parfums CEO Jean Madar and President Philippe Benacin, each of whom will sell 450,000. In addition, Madar and Benacin intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day, 650,408-shares overallotment option.

Inter Parfums, which is the exclusive worldwide licensee for Burberry, S.T. Dupont, Paul Smith, Christian Lacroix, Celine, Diane von Furstenberg and Lanvin perfumes and cosmetics, was flat Monday at $18.72.
