will start leasing a third-generation fuel-cell vehicle, the FCX Clarity, in the U.S. in the coming months.

The car will debut in Southern California, according to reports. The FCX Clarity will operate on hydrogen and electricity, and its only emission will be water. For customers in California, a lease will cost $600 a month, reports said Monday.

Shares of Honda were recently down 0.7% at $35.42.
