, a civil services contractor, said it received a $137.1 million highway reconstruction contract in Ogden, Utah.

The pact is a joint venture with Ralph L Wadsworth Construction. The total value of the contract including Wadsworth's share is $182.9 million.

The project covers the reconstruction of existing bridges, mainline and ramp pavements, and five cross streets along the I-15 corridor. It also includes replacement of 18 individual bridges and the construction of two new bridge structures using a combination of steel girders and concrete girders.

Work is expected to begin in January 2006 and is scheduled for completion by July 2008.
