bought a 207,000-square-foot facility in Anoka, Minn., for its lubricant equipment division.
It bought the plant from Fransden for $6.4 million in cash.
"On July 11, 2006, we announced the purchase of Lubriquip with operations in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, and Madison, Wisconsin. To leverage significant operational efficiencies, we will close both of these facilities in 2007 and combine their operations with our existing Lubrication business at this new location. These actions will bring about 100 new jobs to Minnesota," said the company.
