This facility, which is expected to begin full manufacturing operations in the first quarter of 2007, will support the company's existing China operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian and Shenzhen by providing pumps, valves, seals and services to the oil and gas, power, chemical processing and water sectors among other industries, the Irving, Texas-based company said.
"China and the Asia-Pacific region continue to be key drivers of our global growth as a company,'' the company said. ''We are very excited about this significant addition to our already existing footprint in China."
