said third-quarter bookings rose 13.3% from the year-ago period, on strong performance of its pump business.
Bookings for the third quarter rose to $900 million, compared with $794 million, a year ago. The year-ago period includes $20 million of bookings related to discontinued operations.
The Irving, Texas-based company said that currency had about $20 million positive impact on the current quarters bookings.
The company's shares were up 73 cents, 1.4%, at $51.43 Tuesday.
