First Data Adds Coulter to Board

The former JPMorgan and Bank of America chief becomes a director.

First Data (FDC) - Get First Data Corporation Class A Report named former Bank of America (BAC) - Get Bank of America Corp Report chief David Coulter to its board.

Coulter, 58, is managing director and senior adviser at Warburg Pincus, focusing on the firm's financial services practice.

. Previously he was vice chairman of Chase Manhattan and a partner in the Beacon Group.

On Wednesday, First Data rose 50 cents to $44.17.
