Facebook First-Quarter Earnings Live Blog

Just two weeks after two marathon sessions of testimony before Congress, Facebook Inc. (FB) CEO Mark Zuckerberg faces investors as he releases the social network's first quarter results. Particularly closely watched will be figures on user growth and engagement, any hit to advertising revenue from the Cambridge Analytica data scandal and the impact of the new European data privacy rules going into effect in May.

Eric Jhonsa, TheStreet's tech columnist will be live blogging the company's earnings, providing instant reactions to Facebook's quarterly report. The company's earnings call is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. ET. Please share your questions and comments in the space at the top of the blog window.
