( DPL) said Tuesday that its board named Glenn E. Harder non-executive chairman.

The Dayton, Ohio-based utility company said Robert D. Biggs will step down as executive chairman but will remain as a director. The changes are effective June 30, when Biggs' current management contract with DPL expires.

DPL is looking for a new chief executive to replace James Mahoney, who is expected to leave mid-summer.

The stock closed down 11 cents, or 0.4%, to $26.36 Tuesday.
