named Jim Burke chief marketing officer and leader of its global solutions arm.
The Short Hills, N.J., business information provider said finance chief Sara Mathew assumes additional responsibility as president of D&B International, and U.S. customers leader Michael Pepe becomes president. Burke was leader, U.S. risk management solutions.
"Sara's broad financial leadership and international experience will enable her to lead the continued improvement of our International business, while maintaining responsibility for the Finance function," said CEO Steve Alesio. "As leader of our U.S. business, Michael will leverage his extensive general management experience to build on our growth momentum in this critical area of our business. Additionally, Jim will leverage his success in driving growth in RMS to implement strategic growth plans for our Sales & Marketing and Supply Management solutions globally."
D&B fell 35 cents to $64.25.
