Coventry Health Care
late Thursday said that it is revising its 2007 EPS guidance to a range of $3.92 to $3.98.
The national managed health care company's CFO, Shawn Guertin, is scheduled to discuss business developments since Coventry's February earnings call at the Lehman Brothers Healthcare Conference in Miami on Monday.
Full-year consolidated revenue, the company said, would range from $9.22 billion to $9.55 billion.
Bethesda, Md.-based Coventry also announced that in the first quarter of 2007 it had priced a $400 million offering of 5.95% coupon rate senior unsecured notes due 2017 and conducted a share buyback of 4 million shares at a price of $221.3 million.
In extended trading, shares gained 1.8% to $56.11.
