said Jim W. Nokes, its executive vice president of refining, marketing, supply and transportation, plans to retire after 36 years with the company.

His retirement will be effective April 30. He joined Conoco in 1970, and he began his current role in 1999.

James L. Gallogly, the president and chief executive of Chevron Phillips Chemical Co., will become executive vice president of refining, marketing and transportation at ConocoPhillips April 1. Gallogly began his career with Phillips Petroleum in 1980.
