Now what should Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report investors do after Elon Musk's zany first quarter earnings call on Wednesday?

Do you stay long the stock on the hopes Musk delivers on his promises for profitability this year? Or, do you dump the stock on fears Tesla is on the verge of a capital raise and even worse losses? At least initially, the market has chosen to runaway from Musk's electric car company after Wednesday's public debacle.

Shares skidded as much as 8% on Thursday as Wall Street, which was blasted by Musk on the call, questioned Musk's leadership and Tesla's financial prospects.

TheStreet has read a good deal of Tesla related stock research today, some with sharp critiques of the company and Musk. We think the below scenario analysis by UBS analyst Colin Langan is probably the most straight by the books. It offers up the good, bad and the ugly on Tesla's stock at this pivotal time.

Langan has a sell rating on Tesla with a price target of $195.
