) -- CNN president Jon Klein has been replaced.

After 6 years as the president of CNN, Klein will be replaced by Ken Jautz. Scot Safon has been moved to replace Jautz as the executive vice president at HLN.

In a letter to employees, Klein mentioned the milestones and accomplishments he had overseen during his time at CNN.

"It has been my privilege to lead the amazing people of CNN. I have no doubt that you will continue to play a critical role in explaining, influencing and impacting the world, while having a hell of a lot of fun in the process," he said in his email. "My family and I will enjoy watching you do it and rooting for your continued success."
