bought the 20% of Cincinnati Bell Wireless that it didn't already own from Cingular for $83 million.
Cincinnati Bell now owns all of Cincinnati Bell Wireless, which provides wireless services in greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio.
The transaction follows Cingular's exercise of a put right it had under the wireless entity's operating agreement. Cingular is a venture of
