Chevron Puts Rice on Board
The former Air Force secretary also sits on three corporate boards.
Chevron

named Donald B. Rice to its board.
The San Ramon, Calif., oil giant said Rice was a member of the Unocal board before that energy producer was acquired this summer by Chevron. Rice also serves on boards at
Amgen
(AMGN)
,
Wells Fargo

The 66-year-old also is chairman and CEO at closely held biotech Agensys, which focuses on devising cancer treatments. Rice was previously president and chief operating officer of
Teledyne
and secretary of the Air Force.
On Wednesday, Chevron shares rose 46 cents to $64.64.
