Shares of Paris-based geophysical equipment manufacturer CGG  (CGG) were down nearly 8% premarket after the company reported a fourth quarter net loss of $12.61 per share on revenue of $328.3 million. 

Analysts on average were expecting the company to report a net loss of $3.35 per share on revenue of $340.8 million.
