said Monday that it named Kathryn Marinello president and chief executive, replacing Ronald Turner.
Marinello most recently served as the president of
fleet services division.
The move is effective Oct. 20. Marinello also will also be elected to Ceridian's board, the Minneapolis-based human resources outsourcing company said.
Ceridian shares recently were trading down 6 cents to $23.07.
