, an information services company, said Monday that it acquired Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Leade Health for an undisclosed sum.
The Minneapolis, Minn.-based company said that this acquisition enables it to immediately begin offering employers health coaching, disease prevention and behavior modification programs for smoking, weight management, stress and cardiovascular risks.
The acquisition is expected to add nine million lives of Leade Health's base of corporate, government and health plan clients to Ceridians' customer base, the company added.
Shares of Ceridian were down 53 cents, or 2.15%, at $24.39 Monday.
