The CEOs of Target (TGT) - Get Target Corporation Report and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) - Get Archer-Daniels-Midland Company Report will be arguing against the merits of a border adjustment tax in front of Congress Tuesday.

Target CEO Brian Cornell has been one of the most vocal opponents of the border tax, and ADM CEO Juan Luciana has also joined a coalition in opposition to the bill. 

House Speaker Paul Ryan, one of the bill's most ardent supporters, has estimated that the tax will garner $1 trillion in revenue and will not affect prices at home.
