-- a company that provides flow-equipment products to the oil, gas and process industries -- has elected Jack Moore as president and chief operating officer.
Moore currently serves as president of the company's drilling and production systems (DPS) group and is a senior vice president of Cameron.
The board also promoted John Carne to replace Moore in the DPS group and James Wright to replace Carne as president of the company's valves and measurement (V&M) group. In addition, Wright has been elected as a vice president of Cameron. All appointments are effective Jan. 1, 2007.
Shares of the company were lower by 58 cents, or 1.1%, at $53.28 in recent trading Friday.
