DLJdirect
was number one, coming in with a site performance time of 3.94 seconds. That bests last week's performance by almost a full second. Again,
Firstrade
brought up the rear, with a time of 21.69 seconds -- an improvement over last week, but still not enough to get it out of the cellar.

story on the topic.
