agreed to pay $25 million to settle a Securities and Exchange Commission probe of its restatements.
The Roseland, N.J.-based company said the settlement covers restatements filed with the SEC on Aug. 10, 2004, and April 26, 2006. Bisys will consent to refrain from future violations of the reporting, books and records and internal controls provisions of the federal securities laws and related SEC rules.
Shares rose 2 cents to $11.43.
