) -- Bank stocks have moved little Friday in reaction to news that negotiators in both houses of Congress have completed an

overhaul of banking regulations

as any surprises from a fair amount of the outcome seem already priced into the market.

Shares of

Citigroup

(C) - Get Report

were rising 0.3% to $3.79,

JPMorgan

(JPM) - Get Report

was relatively unchanged at $38,

Bank of America

(BAC) - Get Report

TheStreet Recommends

was 0.5% higher at $15.10,

Wells Fargo

(WFC) - Get Report

was adding 0.5% to $26.99 and

Goldman Sachs

(GS) - Get Report

was rising 0.8% to $136 in premarket trading.

The final bill is expected to be voted on next week at both the House and Senate, with lawmakers hoping to send the legislation to President Obama's desk by July 4.
