
Bank of America, General Electric See Rare Insider Buying

have both seen buying by insiders of late, according to
Securities and Exchange Commission
filings.
Bank of America director Susan Bies bought 50,000 shares on Feb. 1 for an average price of $7.39, and Donald Powell, another director, bought 7,000 shares on Jan. 26 for $7.25.
General Electric director Alan Lafley bought 10,000 shares of GE for $18.99 on Jan. 31.
The abovementioned purchases are the first by either General Electric or Bank of America insiders for six months, according to Barron's, which
on the purchases.
