said Monday that Dave Goebel was named its new chief executive, a post he'll assume Sept. 5.

Current CEO and Chairman Lloyd Hill will serve as nonexecutive chairman of the board. The Kansas-based restaurant operator announced the transition in January. Goebel is currently the company's president and chief operating officer.
