Alcoa(AA) - Get Report was upgraded at Deutsche Bank to hold from sell. Twelve-month price target is $10. Company should benefit from higher aluminum prices, Deutsche said.

Ann (ANN) was downgraded at Oppenheimer to perform from outperform. Valuation call, as the stock is trading above its average historical valuation, Oppenheimer said.

CR Bard (BCR) was downgraded at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch to neutral from buy. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $150, BofA/Merrill said.

B&G Foods(BGS) - Get Report was upgraded at RBC Capital to outperform from sector perform. Twelve-month price target is $36. Estimates were also boosted, given the Specialty Brands acquisition, RBC Capital said.

Conversant (CNVR) was downgraded at Goldman Sachs to sell. Valuation call, as the stock has outperformed during the recent market selloff, Goldman said.

Denbury Resources(DNR) - Get Report was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Rocket Fuel (FUEL) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Twelve-month price target is $58. Consensus appears to be overlooking the market opportunity in the ad tech space, BMO Capital said.

Greenbrier Companies(GBX) - Get Report was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Intel(INTC) - Get Report was upgraded at Pacific Crest to outperform from sector perform. Twelve-month price target is $31. Corporate PC demand is improving, Pacific Crest said.

Kindred Healthcare (KND) was upgraded at RBC Capital to outperform. Twelve-month price target is $21. Company should benefit from recent LTAC legislation, RBC Capital said.

Lennox(LII) - Get Report was upgraded at Wells Fargo to outperform from market perform. Estimates also increased, as the company is gaining market share, Wells Fargo said.

Mattel(MAT) - Get Report was downgraded at BMO Capital to underperform from market perform. Twelve-month price target is $33. See risk to consensus earnings expectations, BMO Capital said.

Mylan(MYL) - Get Report was upgraded at Citigroup to buy. Twelve-month price target is $61. Meda purchase appears to make strategic and financial sense, Citigroup said.

Netflix(NFLX) - Get Report was upgraded at Oppenheimer to outperform from perform. Twelve-month price target is $419. Recent market selloff has created a buying opportunity, Oppenheimer said.

NY Community Bancorp(NYCB) - Get Report was downgraded at J.P. Morgan to underweight. Twelve-month price target is $15. Company is struggling to cover its dividend, J.P. Morgan said.

Pandora (P) was upgraded at Wedbush to outperform from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $35. Company will likely exceed first-quarter expectations and raise guidance, Wedbush said.

PBF Energy(PBF) - Get Report was upgraded at Citigroup to buy. Twelve-month price target is $33. East Coast refineries should benefit from recent trends, Citigroup said.

Rowan (RDC) was downgraded at Morgan Stanley to underweight. Twelve-month price target is $33. There is risk to the jackup market and concerns about the company's ability to execute, Morgan Stanley said.

Under Armour(UA) - Get Report was upgraded at Sterne Agee to buy from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $125. Recent pullback has created a buying opportunity, Sterne Agee said.

Yelp(YELP) - Get Report was upgraded at Oppenheimer to outperform from perform. Twelve-month price target is $78. Recent industry selloff has created a buying opportunity, Oppenheimer said.
