Bank of America (BAC) - Get Report was downgraded at Nomura to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $17. Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review is a binding capital constraint for the company, Nomura said.
Concur (CNQR) was downgraded at Robert Baird to neutral from outperform. Valuation call, based on 12-month price target of $115.
Lumber Liquidators (LL) - Get Report was upgraded at Wedbush to outperform from neutral. Twelve-month price target is $73. Worst of supply chain and competitive pressures appear to be behind the company, Wedbush said.
Taser International (TASR) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.
