NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES

Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) - Get Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Class A Report was upgraded at Barclays to equal-weight from underweight. Twelve-month price target is $40. Valuation call, as the stock has underperformed the market by 48% since April, Barclays said.

Cullen/Frost Bankers (CFR) - Get Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. Report was upgraded at Barclays to equal-weight. Twelve-month price target is $84. Company has high-quality deposits and a strong liquidity position, Barclays said.

Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF) - Get Cleveland-Cliffs Inc Report was downgraded at Nomura to Reduce. Twelve-month price target is $5. Iron ore prices will likely remain weak through 2017, Nomura said.
