NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES

AbbVie (ABBV) - Get Report was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $68, BMO Capital said.

Carpenter (CRS) - Get Report was downgraded at Sterne Agee to neutral from buy. Twelve-month price target is $42. Estimates were also cut, given lower expected utilization, Sterne Agee said.

Freeport-McMoRan (FCX) - Get Report was upgraded at Citigroup to buy. Twelve-month price target is $23. Copper market should improve by 2016, Citigroup said.

Louisiana-Pacific (LPX) - Get Report was upgraded at RBC Capital to sector perform from underperform. Twelve-month price target is $15. Prices appear to have bottomed and can improve, along with season demand, RBC Capital said.

Nielsen (NLSN) - Get Report was downgraded at Pivotal Research to hold from buy. Valuation call, based on a 12-month price target of $49, Pivotal Research said.

Sempra Energy (SRE) - Get Report was upgraded at Goldman Sachs to buy. Twelve-month price target is $130. Company has a robust growth outlook, Goldman Sachs said.

St. Jude (STJ) was upgraded at Credit Suisse to neutral from underperform. Twelve-month price target is $74. Business should gain momentum over the course of the year, Credit Suisse said.

UnitedHealth (UNH) - Get Report was upgraded at Jefferies to buy from hold. Company gain can market share in fast growing areas, Jefferies said. Twelve-month price target is $141.
