El Paso

upgraded at Wachovia:Rating on EP was raised from Market Perform to Outperform, Wachovia said. GOM production could remain weak in the new term, but the onshore business appears to be improving.

downgraded at Deutsche:GLT was downgraded from Buy to Hold, Deutsche Bank said. $20 price target. Valuation call, as the management has already unlocked significant shareholder value.

upgraded at UBS:UBS said it is upgrading JNS to Neutral from Reduce given the recent pullback in the stock. Maintained $19 target price.
