TD Ameritrade Holding
on Thursday named Bill Gerber as its chief financial officer and Randy MacDonald COO, as part of the company's restructuring to become more sales-focused.
Gerber will direct investor relations, finance and treasury operations.
Ameritrade also named Chris Armstrong, formerly head of sales and marketing, as chief strategy officer.
The changes are effective immediately. Shares of the Omaha, Neb.-based company were recently off a penny to $18.80 after hours.
