and the United Steelworkers of America reached a tentative agreement.
The agreement relates to the terms and conditions affecting about 300 hourly production and maintenance employees of Local 169 at the Mansfield Works in Ohio, and is subject to ratification by Local 169 members at a voting next week.
The new agreement, effective Jan. 1, 2007 to March 31, 2011, replaces the existing agreement expiring Feb. 10, 2007, the company said.
Shares of the company were down 18 cents, or 1.23%, at $14.51 Friday.
