Tuesday said Spanish carrier Air Europa signed a contract for three more of its 737-800 airplanes.

Based on list price, the order is worth $195 million with deliveries scheduled for December 2006.

Air Europa is preparing for delivery of two more of the jetliners early next year from a previous order. This year the airline took delivery of four new 737-800s. The airline currently operates 25 737-800s

Boeing last week announced that Japan Airlines could order as many as 50 of its next-generation 7E7 Dreamliners. The carrier had placed firm orders for 30 of the fuel-efficient passenger jets, with options to acquire 20 more.

Boeing shares fell 2 cents to $53.13.
