
ABC Strikes Streaming Deals With Rivals

ABC struck two deals with rival streaming video providers.
The network renewed its deal with
Netflix
(NFLX) - Get Report
and entered into a new partnership with
Amazon
(AMZN) - Get Report
.
Netflix will receive new seasons of current ABC series, including
Grey's Anatomy
and
Desperate Housewives
, 30 days after they air.
Amazon Prime members will now we able to stream prior seasons of
Lost
,
Grey's Anatomy
and other series. The e-commerce giant now expects to have 13,000 streaming titles in its library by the end of the year.
Both Amazon and Netflix have been aggressively seeking new content, specifically television series. Both companies also reached deals with The CW network earlier in the month.
