) -- Several stocks trading near $5 were moving on above-average volume during Friday's session.
tumbled by 9 cents, or 27.8%, to 24 cents after the company priced an offering of 46.1 million units at 26 cents a share. Each unit consists of one share of the company's common stock, a Class A warrant to purchase 0.75 of a share of common stock and a Class B warrant to purchase 0.50 of a share of common stock. Volume topped 31.54 million shares, compared to the 50-day average daily volume of 1.47 million, according to the
fell by 32 cents, or 5%, to $6.05 after the company priced an offering of 15 million shares of its common stock at $5.75 a share. Volume topped 6.57 million shares, compared to the 50-day average daily volume of 262,000.
lost 15 cents, or 5%, to $2.85 after the company filed a $100 million universal shelf registration. Volume topped 1.28 million shares, compared to the 50-day average daily volume of 1.18 million.
