said Tuesday it will delay its fourth-quarter and full-year 2000 earnings announcement while it finds ways to improve its cash flow.

The earnings release, scheduled for Feb. 26, will now be on March 21, the company said.

24/7, which provides advertising and marketing services for Web publishers and advertisers, said it is evaluating alternatives to improve its cash position, and the delay will allow it to give a more definitive outlook for 2001.
