Slack (WORK)  was falling Monday as the electronic communications company dealt with technical issues that caused a slowdown of the app and issues with message delivery. 

The company has since fixed the issue, according to an update on its website saying that Slack is "up and running."

The company issued a error message on its website at 10:54 a.m. ET and has issued a number of updates.

"Customers may be running into trouble accessing their Slack workspaces completely. We're actively looking into this and apologize for the interruption to your day," the company said at 11:30 a.m..  

Before that, at 10:59 a.m.,the company said "some workspaces might be experiencing issues with messages sending, and slow performance across the board. Our team is on the case and we'll report back once we have an update to share."

Slack shares were down 4.3% to $32.62.
